BE PREPARED FOR YOUR URGENCIES AND EMERGENCIES

Every family should have access to 1st Aid Guide at home not just to use when it's needed but to look at prior to an urgency or emergency.

While this guide is not to be used as a substitute for professional medical care, it can serve as a reference.  Please do not perform any procedure or treatment that you do not feel comfortable with and ALWAYS call 911 in the case of an emergency!!!

You should keep a copy of your medical history with you at all times.  You should also give a copy to your family for safekeeping.
